Jasmin Goll
Jasmin Goll is a research associate and Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Musicology at the University of Bern. She studied music theatre studies (BA) at the University of Bayreuth and obtained a master’s degree in musicology at the Humboldt University of Berlin. She worked at the Institute for Music Theatre in Bayreuth and taught classes in Bayreuth and Berlin. Her PhD project deals with telephonic music transmissions between 1870 and 1930 in the USA and Europe. She studies the phenomenon through the lens of infrastructural concepts and listening history.
